Join Stakt and Seven Beach Lane for a 45 minute Yoga Sculpt workout with Doza Yoga
The class will provide an opportunity to explore, connect and come home to the mind, body, and breath. Suitable for all levels of practitioner, the knowledgeable and experienced Instructors will give modifications and variations that will be accessible for anyone and everyone to participate. The intention is to create a safe space to move your body and be a support for you throughout your yoga journey. Through a gentle warm up, thoughtful sequencing, alignment based flows, and a meditative cool down, practitioners will experience a full body stretch and toning. The class will leave you feeling rejuvenated and refreshed to take on the day.
When the class wraps, guests will be invited to the back of Seven Beach Lane to enjoy light-bites by Hamptons Grazing Wagon and refreshments by SuperGut Prebiotics. Shop the newest summer looks with DayDreamer, a brooklyn-based boutique and find household staples by Out East from Above. Don't leave without stopping by the Allyoos Bun Bar for a slicked back look that will last all day.
Following the class Seven Beach Lane has graciously offered ticket-holders an additional 2 hour access to the hotel's amenities including the heated salt-water pool, cold plunge and sauna. There are changing rooms available to slip into your swimwear and lounge in their cozy day-beds.
