We are so excited to partner with Mr. Purple and Hotel Indigo LES for our Summer Fridays Movement Series.
Ticket includes the workout class and some goodies from brand partners. Stay after class and enjoy Mr. Purple's seasonal Poolside Lunch Menu, available Monday through Friday from 12–4pm. Mr. Purple is the perfect spot to work from and unwind all summer long.

JUNE 13TH: FULL BODY PILATES SCULPT WITH LEXI GREENBERG
40 minute full body Pilates Sculpt! In just 40 minutes, you’ll harness the power of your own body weight through intentional and controlled movements that target and tone every major muscle group.

JUNE 20TH: SCULPT & STRENGTHEN JUSTICE KELLEY
A blend of functional bodyweight movements and sculpting exercises designed to enhance your overall strength and shape your muscles.
Perfect for all fitness levels, this session focuses on core stability, functional movement patterns with little extra arm and glute love.

JUNE 27TH: SCULPT & BURN + SOUL WITH Alexa Hirschberg
45 minute sculpt class 10 minute meditation
Join Alexa for a transformative 55 minute experience designed to activate the body, ground the nervous system, and elevate your teaching practice.
We’ll begin with a 45 minute Sculpt & Burn class — a high-energy, music-driven movement experience combining strength training, mindful cardio bursts, and dynamic sculpt sequences. Expect a full-body burn with a deep focus on form, breath, and embodiment.
Then, drop into deep rest with a 10-minute meditation, designed to soothe the nervous system and open space for integration. Through the guided energetic grounding, you'll feel rebalanced and restored.

JULY 11th: Total Body Cardio + Sculpt with LIVFIT
LIVFIT is a fun, easy to follow, dance inspired workout rooted in the joy of movement and tapping into your inner free spirit. This format will begin with energizing, beat-based cardio and end with effective, low impact pilates sculpt – leaving you sweating, sculpted and smiling.

JULY 18TH: pilates strength + Sculpt with Tatiana Lampa
Pilates strength + sculpt is a 50 minute full body workout inspired by pilates slow and controlled moves in combination with strength exercises to get you stronger. Get ready to maximize your time with a class that builds up to the heart pumping cardio finisher.
