Personalization FAQs
How long does personalization take?
Personalization adds processing time. Please allow up to 10 business days for customization before shipping. Expedited shipping is not available for personalized items. During high-volume periods (launches, holidays), processing might take even longer.
Can I cancel a personalization order?
You have 24 hours from the time of purchase to make changes or cancel your order. After 24 hours, production begins and we are unable to guarantee changes or cancellations.
Can I return or exchange a personalized item?
No, personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. You’ll confirm acceptance of this policy before checkout, so please review your details carefully.
What personalization options are there?

Can I personalize a product I already own?
No, personalization is only available on new purchases. We are unable to personalization your existing Stakt purchases at this time.
Will my order be split into multiple shipments?
Yes, orders with both personalized and standard items may ship in separate shipments. Regular items will ship first, while personalized items ships once completed.
Who is responsible for the personalization content submitted?
You are responsible for ensuring your submitted text (name, initials, phrases) does not infringe on any IP, and is not offensive. Stakt reserves the right to refuse or cancel any personalization request at our discretion.
